Invite links let each mechanic use their own email/password or Google login on the same data. On a workspace subscription, the first seat is included with your plan; each additional person is $10/month added to the same Stripe subscription (prorated when they join). The person who subscribed for the workspace is the billing owner — only they can change or cancel that subscription in Stripe.
